Your second-hand could be someone’s second chance.
Whether you’re having a wardrobe clear-out or decluttering the house, donate your items you no longer need to us.
We redistribute good quality clothes, shoes, homewares, baby items and toys to people in the borough who are without basic items.
Our Parkgate-based unit is open for donation drop offs twice a week on Monday and Friday mornings between 9.30am-12pm.

How It Works
1 – Orders Requested: Professionals such as social workers, teachers, or community support workers email us a list of required items.
2 – Preparation: Our volunteers gather the requested items we have in stock.
3 – Collection: The professional worker collects the items from our premises and delivers them to the family in need.
Note:
We prioritise privacy and dignity. No personal details about the family are required, only confirmation of their needs.
